e-Connect is a comprehensive service designed for the centralization, management, and supervision of security systems. This cloud-based platform integrates EL.MO intrusion and fire detection systems, home management solutions, and e-Vision® video surveillance technologies into a cohesive interface.

With e-Connect, users can monitor the status of intrusion and fire detection systems across various locations, such as residential homes, offices, and vacation properties. The platform facilitates notifications, system management via graphical maps, device control (e.g., enabling or disabling detectors), live video feeds from surveillance systems, and the automation of domestic systems like irrigation and lighting.

The use of e-Connect necessitates collaboration with qualified and authorized security system installers accredited by EL.MO. These professionals will establish a system account, creating user profiles that enable management of compatible EL.MO. intrusion detection control units and e-Vision PRO series DVRs/NVRs. Certain functionalities are exclusive to accounts set up by registered installers on the platform's multi-level structure.

What can e-Connect manage?

• EL.MO. intrusion detection systems based on Villeggio, PREGIO, HERCOLA, ETR G2, TITANIA, NET, and TACÓRA control units.
• DVRs, NVRs, and IP cameras from the e-Vision PRO series.
• Domestic systems associated with EL.MO. units.

Notably, e-Connect allows simultaneous management of multiple systems under a single account for home, office, and holiday properties.

What functionalities does e-Connect offer?

The platform enables users to monitor system status via smartphones and tablets, receive notifications—including InstaVision video verification alerts for immediate monitoring during events—activate or deactivate intrusion devices, view live CCTV images (both single-channel and multichannel), and manage domestic systems. Additionally, it offers remote temperature control and operational mode adjustments for chronothermostats.

The InstaVision feature enhances e-Connect by optimizing the integration between EL.MO. intrusion/fire detection systems and e-Vision® PRO CCTV systems. Users receive real-time notifications about security system events, with immediate access to live footage and pre-event recordings when incidents such as intrusion attempts occur. This capability helps differentiate between false alarms and genuine threats, facilitating prompt responses when necessary. Importantly, images are stored directly on users' DVRs and NVRs, mitigating personal data breach risks and expediting response times.

The e-Connect interface is designed for both comprehensiveness and intuitiveness. Key icons provide a quick status overview of the system while a convenient side menu allows seamless navigation through various settings. Interactive graphical maps enable effective device management and camera image retrieval.

Power and Security Integration

The architecture of e-Connect leverages a Cloud Server model that encompasses all network-connected control units. High-level security is assured through SSL communications paired with certificates issued by recognized international Certification Authorities.

Efficient Setup and P2P Connectivity

Configuring the e-Connect application to work with security equipment such as control units and NVRs/DVRs is straightforward, thanks in part to the P2P connection to EL.MO.'s proprietary server.
